Jasmina Vuckovic
I have been working with clay for over 20 years, starting my journey as a ceramics artist in my home country, Serbia. I have participated in more than 20 juried national and international exhibitions, undertaken 3 artist residencies, and held one solo exhibition. Seeking broader commitment to my craft and its historic precedents, I moved to the UK in 2008 to pursue
studies in conservation and restoration of ceramics.
In the last 15 years I have been working in both sectors: as a restorer for a leading, internationally renowned studio for ceramics; and as an artist I have been making smaller scale objects, which I’ve exhibited in local galleries and open studios in the south
of England.
I am a member of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and accredited member of ICON (Institute for Conservation).
